Subscription
Your business's Gambrel Book subscription covers its sites and users. Obsidian Stag bills it.
Getting in touch
Email [email protected] about your subscription, adding or removing a site, or anything Help doesn't answer.
If a payment is missed
- Past due: every page shows a notice that the subscription is past due. Everything keeps working. An administrator can contact [email protected] to settle it before the account is suspended.
- Suspended: after signing in, Gambrel Book shows that it's unavailable, until the subscription is settled. Your records are kept.
Terms of Service
Your business agrees to the Gambrel Book Terms of Service once, through an administrator. Other staff are never asked.
- The first administrator ticks the box when setting their password: "I agree to the Terms of Service for your business, and I'm authorized to accept them for it." Only tick it if you can agree to contracts for the business.
- A copy by email: whoever accepts gets an email with the version they accepted, when, and a link to read that version at any time. Keep it with your business records.
- Updated terms: every administrator is emailed 30 days before a new version takes effect, with a link to read it. Once it takes effect, the next administrator to sign in is asked to accept it before going on. Other staff keep working. If you don't want to accept it, you can cancel before that date.
- Reading them: the Terms of Service are linked at the bottom of every page, and the version you accepted is linked in your copy by email.
